This role focuses on project planning, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with actuaries to shape Medicare Advantage plan designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in CMS regulatory submissions, meticulous project management skills, and a strong focus on data-driven planning and reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution; develop and manage detailed project plans for Medicare enrollment and plan design initiatives
Product Lifecycle & Improvement; overseeing the entire lifecycle of Medicare enrollment products, from ideation and design to CMS submission, launch, and ongoing refinement.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Masters Degree preferred.
5 years of experience in product or project management in healthcare, specifically within Medicare Part-C and Part-D or Medicare Advantage.
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage plan design, and experience in compliance-related submissions
Demonstrated experience working with actuarial teams to develop effective plan designs
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
